MWK Metall GmbH operates as an integrated metal manufacturing and engineering partner, built on a foundation of robotic automation and industrial innovation. 

Our journey began in 2010 with R1 ROBOTICS LTD. company from Turkiye. With a focus on automation technologies, process engineering, and high-efficiency production systems. Over the years, we expanded these competencies into full-scale metal component manufacturing, launching our dedicated production facility RONE METAL LTD. in Türkiye in 2020.

Today, MWK delivers precision-engineered metal parts for automotive, white goods, energy, and construction industries. 

Our 2,500 m² facility is equipped with 

 - Laser sheet cutting 

 - CNC tube-bending technologies, 

 - Robotic welding cells, 

 - Tube/profile laser systems, 

 - Sheet bending and pressing 

This infrastructure is supported by a 25-person team specialized in automated production workflows, quality assurance, and advanced engineering.

With an in-house design engineer, we develop our own forming tools, welding fixtures, and custom production solutions. Digital part simulations allow us to validate geometries, optimize feasibility, and ensure seamless conversion of customer designs into scalable manufacturing processes.

MWK GmbH also maintains a logistics and distribution base in DUISBURG, enabling efficient stockholding and fast delivery across Europe. This dual-structure model—automated production in Türkiye and strategic distribution in Germany—positions us as a reliable, technology-driven supplier capable of delivering consistent quality, competitive lead times, and long-term value for industrial partners.
